Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze complex technical information and produce clear customer-oriented documentation, including digital release notes, user guides, online help, procedures, reference manuals, and API developer documentation.
  • •Research, structure, write, and edit new and existing documentation; collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, and support teams to validate technical accuracy.
  • •Design and develop engaging training materials and learning solutions for different formats, including eLearning, instructor-led sessions, and hybrid learning solutions.
  • •Develop and maintain API documentation and developer examples for a high-quality developer experience with Vision Next products.
  • •Use AI-assisted content creation and publication tools (e.g., Tango, GitHub, Claude, Copilot, Sage) and apply DITA/XML single-source principles; work in Agile teams and measure training effectiveness with metrics and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Information Developer, or similar role creating product documentation and API references.
  • •Experience with multiple authoring and publishing tools, including Microsoft Office 365, CMS, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of DITA/XML single-source documentation and structured publishing workflows.
  • •Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with ability to manipulate graphics and write developer-oriented code examples.
  • •Strong instructional design knowledge for adult learning and experience building training materials using eLearning tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, or Captivate.
