Lead Preschool Teacher

Lead a Montessori-based preschool classroom (ages 3–6) in a mixed-age Children’s House setting. You’ll observe and support developmental milestones, prepare an orderly environment, deliver individualized and small-group lessons, and collaborate with families while modeling warmth, professionalism, and leadership. This role includes a Maryland sign-on bonus and growth opportunities within Guidepost Montessori's early childhood program.
