Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and support sourcing strategy execution for logistics categories in Poland.
  • •Identify and lead sourcing projects from RFP through negotiations, contracting, supplier relationship management, and claim management.
  • •Drive cost opportunities and synergies by challenging the status quo with sourcing and internal stakeholders.
  • •Develop supplier partnerships by negotiating new supply agreements, securing capacity, and managing existing agreements.
  • •Monitor supplier performance versus service levels and manage budgeting, reporting/data management, invoicing, and claims while ensuring policy compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Procurement/Sourcing, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience.
  • •Strong learning agility in complex, diverse environments with good project management skills.
  • •Good leadership, communication, influencing, and ability to present to all levels.
  • •Data-driven analytical skills using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI (and AI), plus ERP knowledge (Oracle, JDE, SAP) and English/Polish fluency.
