Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a fully remote engineering organization with focus on accountability and technical excellence.
•Structure engineering pods for maximum autonomy, define career ladders, and enable effective succession planning.
•Partner with Product Management to ensure cross-functional, customer-focused engineering outcomes.
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume ad tech infrastructure; manage technical debt and cost optimization.
•Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (e.g., DORA/SPACE) and drive AI-augmented development tooling to improve delivery velocity and code quality.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of engineering experience
•5+ years managing engineering managers in fast-growing SaaS/Ad Tech/high-data-volume environments
