Key Responsibilities

  • •Own market performance end to end by tracking and interpreting signups, activation, retention, credit usage, and acquisition cost, then presenting readouts to leadership.
  • •Drive growth through referral mechanics, incentives, lifecycle communications, local channels, and product changes; run experiments and produce honest results.
  • •Adapt the product for the market by proposing and specifying market-specific flows, features, incentives, and local language, then partnering with engineering to ship and measure impact.
  • •Own local partnerships including payment rails, card programs, identity-verification providers, and distribution/merchant partnerships; manage and expand relationships.
  • •Maintain compliance and product health by ensuring regulatory wording and claims are accurate, handling KYC and fraud controls, making refund decisions, and coordinating issue resolution with engineering.

Key Requirements
