Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery and ongoing development of production-related workstreams across production and infrastructure.
  • •Identify and research new supplier opportunities and support negotiation of commercial deals and rate agreements.
  • •Monitor and maintain existing supplier agreements, ensuring records of active deals, rates, and contract terms are up to date.
  • •Prepare and maintain project documentation, action trackers, meeting agendas/notes, and post-project reviews to keep projects on track.
  • •Collaborate with event teams and manage administrative coordination for initiatives, including tracking rollout progress and supporting sustainability/efficiency improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience in a similar position within the live events industry.
  • •Strong understanding of festival and outdoor event business and team structures/processes.
