Key Responsibilities

  • •Use AS400 to record lane and simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process sold units, and verify/enter lights.
  • •Verify sold vehicle information for accuracy prior to transaction completion and obtain customer signatures as appropriate.
  • •Work virtually with the auctioneer to verify system information, review simulcast bids, and provide arbitration and vehicle announcements.
  • •Verify vehicle run order to ensure correct vehicle is keyed and sold; operate monitor virtually with the auctioneer.
  • •Call and email on late titles and use Salesforce for title-absent support while responding to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing.
