Provide excellent customer service in every interaction by listening to customer needs, asking questions, and guiding customers to the right financial solutions. Follow up on questions, respond in a timely manner, and maintain strict confidentiality. Manage office operations including daily responsibilities and cash balancing, escalate complex issues to leadership, and refer customers to bankers and business partners using appropriate tracking tools.
