Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the worker experience from recruiting through placement with timely updates, feedback, and support.
  • •Build relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, and local partners to drive worker pipeline.
  • •Oversee worker vetting and onboarding end-to-end, including running large group onboarding sessions when needed.
  • •Manage the worker funnel (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers).
  • •Coordinate interviews and new start schedules across customer sites and provide on-site support, including PPE distribution and escalation/peak coverage.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Bilingual communication in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
  • •1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, including staffing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
  • •Strong recruiting instincts to source, screen, and convert candidates.
  • •Ability to run large group onboarding sessions and present in front of workers, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
