Key Responsibilities

•Identify, prioritize, and pursue new strategic partnership opportunities within targeted business development partners.
•Lead due diligence to secure product approval and distribution placement on partner platforms, working with compliance, legal, and product teams.
•Own ongoing partnership growth and performance, identifying opportunities to increase sales volume and product adoption within the channel.
•Coordinate contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and compliance adherence for partnership contracts, renewals, and marketing materials.
•Collaborate on joint marketing and create partner-facing content such as pitch decks, training guides, and case studies to drive inbound advisor prospects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in business development, channel management, or strategic partnership management in B2B financial services (FinTech/FinServ, asset management, broker-dealer, or RIA).
•Proven experience leading complex contract and price negotiations with large enterprise organizations, including MSAs and vendor review processes.
•Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, legal, compliance, and product teams.
•Deep understanding of operational structures, compliance requirements, and product approval processes within major financial institutions (wirehouses, banks, large RIAs).
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
