Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain the CI/CD and platform “North Star” across source control, pipelines, artifact management, and environments with a focus on reliability, repeatability, and developer experience.
  • •Standardize CI/CD with Azure Pipelines by creating reusable workflows and modernizing CI/CD for legacy products and platform workflows.
  • •Lead modernization of build and deploy processes to containers and managed compute, and document golden paths/reference implementations for scalable, secure, operable platforms.
  • •Embed DevSecOps in pipelines by integrating SAST/SCA (e.g., Fortify, Black Duck) and quality gates (e.g., SonarQube) to shift security left.
  • •Drive Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible, promote GitOps for environment provisioning/change control, and define observability standards (Prometheus, Grafana, SLOs) while mentoring engineers and partnering with Product, Security, and QA/Release.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
  • •0–5 years of experience across DevOps/Platform/SRE, including leading CI/CD standardization and modernization in multi-team environments.
  • •Demonstrated improvements in deployment speed, cost efficiency, and reliability using automation, container platforms, and managed services on AWS.
  • •Hands-on CI/CD experience with Azure Pipelines (reusable workflows, build automation, approvals and notifications).
  • •Experience with AWS, Terraform, Ansible, containers/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS), and DevSecOps/quality gates (e.g., Fortify, Black Duck, SonarQube) plus observability (Prometheus, Grafana).
