Job Summary

Fabricate welded parts on the 1st shift as part of the fabrication team in Willard, Ohio. You’ll hang line and inspect parts, safely operate weld cells and other equipment, follow ISO work instructions, and maintain clean work areas aligned with 6S standards. The role includes reporting safety/quality issues, setting up stations as needed, and supporting continuous improvement opportunities. PPE usage and overtime as needed are required.

•Complete fabrication production activities, including hanging line and inspecting parts.
•Safely operate necessary equipment, including weld cells, while using required PPE.

•Maintain a clean, organized work area meeting 6S standards.
•Complete production activities per ISO work instructions, set up work stations, and report safety/quality issues.
