Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact with IT for SIC Feature and Enhancement requests.
  • •Manage intake, prioritization, documentation, scoping, and routing of Feature and Enhancement requests to the right IT teams.
  • •Gather requirements from SIC regional teams and translate IT updates, timelines, and constraints into clear, actionable business communications.
