Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Operations team on-site and internationally to achieve engineering objectives, including occasional shift support when needed.
  • •Provide electrical, mechanical, and systematic support for multi-functional production and assembly lines, collaborating with vendors.
  • •Evaluate production issues and implement preventative and corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
  • •Contribute to NPI and other internal and external projects throughout the full engineering life cycle.
  • •Develop and update headcount analysis tools and sustain/optimize processes using improvement tools, including MTM-based time studies to reduce waste.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •A technical degree or equivalent experience with practical exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
  • •Experience applying improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma, 5S, MTM/MOST, TPM, or VSM to improve efficiency and quality.
  • •Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver engineering projects across their full life cycle.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills to solve problems and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, AutoCAD, Minitab, and project management tools.
