Job Summary

Ensure reliable, efficient, and safe production and assembly by supporting Manufacturing Operations on-site and internationally. Collaborate across Operations, Facilities, Account Management, and Project Management to strengthen daily performance and drive continuous improvement. Tackle production issues with preventative and corrective actions, contribute to NPI and engineering projects across the full lifecycle, and use Lean/MTM and related improvement methods to reduce waste and downtime while reporting and developing engineering analyses.

Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Operations team on-site and internationally to achieve engineering objectives, including occasional shift support when needed.
•Provide electrical, mechanical, and systematic support for multi-functional production and assembly lines, collaborating with vendors.
•Evaluate production issues and implement preventative and corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
•Contribute to NPI and other internal and external projects throughout the full engineering life cycle.
•Develop and update headcount analysis tools and sustain/optimize processes using improvement tools, including MTM-based time studies to reduce waste.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•A technical degree or equivalent experience with practical exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
•Experience applying improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma, 5S, MTM/MOST, TPM, or VSM to improve efficiency and quality.
•Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver engineering projects across their full life cycle.
•Strong analytical and communication skills to solve problems and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
•Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, AutoCAD, Minitab, and project management tools.
