Serve as a trusted advisor to customers visiting Trane Supply stores. Resolve parts and equipment issues, recommend related products and add-on extensions, and manage customer orders end-to-end with high accuracy. Handle inquiries, quotes, invoices, and follow-through on fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay current on Trane product offerings, promotions, and support warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
