Lead environmental planning and permitting for energy infrastructure projects, preparing NEPA documentation and coordinating with state utility regulatory agencies to support transmission siting, routing, and approvals. Manage early-stage due diligence and provide project management for mid- to large-scale efforts, including schedules, budgets, invoicing, and coordination with clients, technical staff, and subconsultants. Serve as a seller-doer to build client relationships and expand the regional energy permitting portfolio.
