Associate Director, Delivery Management

Drive and support delivery of technology transformation programs by balancing scope, schedule, dependencies, budget, and risks to deliver timely outcomes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to break down complex requirements into Epics and User Stories, and lead adoption of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). Manage staffing, program controls, quality assurance, external suppliers, and provide steering committee reporting and recommendations to ensure benefits realization.
