Job Summary

Lead contract lifecycle management for business services from drafting to negotiation; oversee a team of contract professionals, develop policies, train teams, and partner with sales and legal to ensure compliant, efficient contracting across Costa Rica Remote. This role drives process improvements, manages SLAs, and ensures consistency in terms and conditions while supporting global deals.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the formulation, development, and/or revision of operating policies, procedures, and strategies for contract lifecycle management.
•Manage the drafting, negotiation, and approval of contract documents, including the research and resolution of contract issues, in accordance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
•Manage all administrative tasks related to contract execution, including the routing, signing, scanning, and filing of contract documents.
•Provide authoritative guidance to internal business teams and contract subordinates on corporate goals and objectives relating to contract activity.
•Facilitate training sessions to ensure work product across internal business teams and contract subordinates is in compliance with corporate contracting standards.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; JD preferred.
•5+ years related experience.
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals.
•Knowledge of contract documents and specifications; knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to contracts.
•Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems; proficient with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
