•Support translation and localization efforts to ensure programs, communications, and resources are accessible and culturally relevant to global audiences.
•Follow established team processes while identifying opportunities to refine and improve workflows.

Key Requirements

•Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and at least one other language.
•Strong understanding of Roblox and its community, with good moderation history.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
•Experience planning and executing community events, workshops, or game/jam-style activities is a plus.
•Early career / fresh grad preferred
