Job Summary

Experienced Planning Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules (Feasibility through FEED, EPC/PMC) using Primavera. Oversees activity plans, resource loading, and progress reporting across on-site EPC projects, coordinating with client project control teams to ensure aligned timelines and contractual requirements.

Location: Thailand

Workplace: Onsite

Employment Type: Full time · 12 months

Key Responsibilities

•Review and understand project documentation including scope, execution plan, project schedule, and manpower projections.
•Maintain standard planning/scheduling procedures and develop project-specific procedures where necessary.
•Prepare activity plans to accomplish work and ensure sufficient planning resources are provided.
•Liaise with Client Project Control personnel as necessary.
•Timely preparation and issuance of overall project schedule levels 1-3, SBM, manpower projection, critical equipment lists, progress curves, and man-hour histograms.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or higher in field of Engineering or related discipline.
•Min 3 years’ experience in Project Planning / Scheduling of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction work using Primavera Planning Software and having ability to develop Logic Diagrams.
•Thorough understanding of contracts and have the ability to analyse schedules, progress reporting documents, and forecast trends.
•Advanced ability to develop project schedules and plans.
•Advanced ability to prepare resource loading, progress and staffing plans.
