Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and understand project documentation including scope, execution plan, proposal/project schedule, and conditions of contract.
  • •Follow standard planning/scheduling procedures and develop additional project-specific procedures when needed.
  • •Prepare activity plans to accomplish required work and ensure sufficient planning resources are provided.
  • •Liaise with client project control personnel as necessary.
  • •Prepare and issue project planning deliverables (schedule levels 1-3, SBM, manpower projection plan, critical equipment lists/schedules, progress S-curves, histograms, look-ahead schedules, and monthly progress reports) and maintain control curves and schedule forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in project planning/scheduling for engineering, procurement, and construction work using Primavera Planning Software.
  • •Ability to develop logic diagrams for project planning and schedules.
  • •Thorough understanding of contracts, with the ability to analyze schedules and progress reporting documents and forecast trends.
  • •Good command of English and Thai for communication.
