Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage administrative functions of a distribution center to ensure customer service, data integrity, and timely transaction processing.
  • •Oversee invoicing and sales order processing, including credit memos and PO transactions using A/R as needed.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy in Agility across receiving, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments; review stock and purchase order/computer reports for accuracy.
  • •Partner with Finance for accounts receivable (new accounts and past-due management) and accounts payable (reconciliation, daily invoicing for inventory, and direct billing).
  • •Lead and develop the team by hiring, coaching, evaluating performance, ensuring training opportunities, and addressing performance issues appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8 years of experience preferred in a warehousing/distribution center environment
  • •Strong knowledge of finance and accounting transactions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • •Strong knowledge and experience in inventory control and material/stock handling/storage
  • •Associates degree in Accounting or related field; BS/BA preferred
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tools/technology, with strong problem analysis and communication skills
