Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform as the Program Chief Engineer who is the single engineering leadership point of contact and is responsible for the engineering execution of an entire program, overseeing all technical, schedule, and financial aspects.
  • •Help establish and manage a program vision, strategy, and goals to align the Program with Customer expectations / requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain a Product Roadmap that aligns with Customer’s needs and business goals.
  • •Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across all IPTs, CPTs, and disciplines within the Programs.
  • •Perform as the primary product line technical POC with the customer senior technical counterparts.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience in airborne and electronic warfare systems design, use-case development, operational analysis, integration/test and/or system qualification.
  • •Experience as a Lead Design Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, Integrated Product Team Lead, Cross Product Team lead, or other, related Engineering Lead.
  • •Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required.
