Job Summary

As the first Event Marketing Manager, you will own Gradient Labs' physical and virtual event presence in AI for financial services, designing high-impact experiences from executive dinners to industry conferences. You’ll craft a go-to-market event strategy, drive pipeline with measurable ROI, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design, and manage budgets and on-site logistics across fintech and SaaS events.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute a high-impact event roadmap (conferences, roundtables, and bespoke dinners) that supports sales goals.
•Own and deliver the full marketing strategy for major tentpole events, including regional data strategies and targeted audience building.
•Track attendee acquisition and lead capture, ensuring event activities deliver SQLs and ROI.
•Partner with Sales, Product, and Design to align event messaging, coordinate speaker sessions, and ensure the AI agent is presented flawlessly.
•Manage the event budget, vendor relationships, and onsite logistics to ensure a premium attendee experience.

Key Requirements

•Experience in B2B event marketing, ideally within Fintech or high-growth SaaS environments.
•Proven ability to design and execute an end-to-end event strategy that supports sales goals.
•Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Salesforce or Pardot to track lead acquisition and campaign performance.
•Strong project management skills to handle multiple events, vendors, travel, and budgets.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align messaging with Sales, Product, and Design.
