Key Responsibilities

  • •Modeling: Build and maintain short- and long-term financial forecasts and budgets that integrate data center infrastructure and operations into company-wide planning models.
  • •Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting; own Digital Infrastructure P&L, balance sheet, and capital allocation visibility.
  • •Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as connective tissue between digital infrastructure business teams & Finance; translate operational complexity into financial clarity and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • •Financial Analysis: Lead cost analysis and monitor financial performance across the portfolio; identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability and return on capital.
  • •Mentor & Lead Team Members: Supervise two or more analysts, and mentor less experienced team members.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A within digital infrastructure, data centers, or real estate development - or 4+ years of investment banking / PE / LevFin / Project Finance with a focus on real estate
  • •Advanced skills in financial modeling & analyses, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analyses and performance measurement across complex, capital-intensive businesses
  • •Readily identify problems and instinctively seek solutions, and communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
  • •Strong project management skills and team leadership experience
  • •Experience with FP&A planning software and BI visualization tools
