Store & Stock Support Specialist (Düsseldorf, DE)

Support store operations by managing inbound processes for product availability, stock accuracy, and timely payments. Handle order claims, invoice follow-ups, and pricing discrepancies, and coordinate returns to vendors and the warehouse. Own shrinkage and inventory planning activities, perform inventory analyses, and support retail execution. Serve as the main SAP trainer for retail and act as the primary point of contact for retail inventory and global inventory coordination.
