Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own systems for tracking ongoing pretraining and posttraining releases, evolving ad-hoc efforts into disciplined release operations.
  • •Partner with science leads to translate research goals into actionable, company-aligned roadmaps and communicate priorities across teams.
  • •Anticipate and clear roadblocks to keep science moving, streamline cross-functional coordination, and maintain execution momentum.
  • •Own GPU allocation and quota management to ensure compute resources are scaled and accessible when needed.
  • •Run structured communication loops (bi-weekly updates, all-hands, company digests) and run retrospectives to continuously refine processes and templates.
