3rd Shift General Utility - $16.25/hour ($500 Sign-on Bonus)

Support all phases of manufacturing under the direction of the department supervisor, including production assistance, sanitation, and packaging. Help with tasks such as pre-weighing ingredients, staging for mixing, cutting raw materials, removing discarded product, and inspecting conveyors for defects. Maintain clean, organized areas using 5S standards, lubricate and assemble equipment, and perform routine maintenance. Work as part of a team to keep lines ready for startup and shutdown, following GMP and safety guidelines.
