Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead the sales floor and deliver exceptional consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Assist across store departments—POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations—while helping the team exceed personal and team sales goals. Manage day-to-day team activities through task delegation and follow-up, serve as a brand ambassador, and handle key-holder responsibilities including opening/closing, cash handling, and asset protection.
