•Platform-Led Solutioning: Translating ambiguous business needs into structured process maps and lightweight prototypes that prove the platform's value early.
•Outcome Ownership: Moving beyond milestones to focus on real-world metrics—speed to value, cost reduction, and platform adoption.
•Documentation & Standardization: Producing high-fidelity artifacts (BRDs, process maps) and contributing to reusable playbooks that scale our delivery excellence.
