Job Summary

Own operational readiness for digital assets products as Capital.com scales spot trading, onboarding, payments, and client support. Coordinate centralized back-office, customer support, and payments teams, design and standardize end-to-end operating processes, and define SLAs across the client lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the business with centralized back-office, customer support, and payments teams as the main operational point of contact.
•Drive operational readiness for new products, markets, and jurisdictions so launches are supported end to end.
•Escalate regulated decisions (e.g., AML alert disposition and suspicious-activity reporting) to compliance and the MLRO.
•Design, document, standardise, and maintain end-to-end operating processes, training, and operational documentation for centralized teams.
•Define and enforce SLAs, track operational metrics, treat metric breaches as early-warning signals, and support internal/regulatory audits with operational evidence.
