Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Real Estate Construction

Lead day-to-day cost management for major corporate real estate programs, supporting large office renovations and suburban campus developments. Serve as the primary client interface while producing cost plans and estimates, developing change order pricing, conducting valuations, and managing post-contract cost variances and change control. Partner with design teams and contractors on cost estimates, value engineering, monthly reporting, and final account negotiations.
