•Define and execute the organic growth strategy across key channels (SEO, ASO, social, community, referral, etc.)
•Build, launch, and scale a Creator Program from the ground up: identifying, recruiting, and managing content creators and influencers aligned with the Blitz brand
•Develop long-term partnerships with creators and gaming communities to drive awareness and user acquisition
•Analyze performance data across organic channels to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns
•Work cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing, and Gaming teams to align growth initiatives with product roadmap milestones
