Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the placement team for Property & Energy product line policies, ensuring product and service quality and best cost/coverage conditions.
  • •Support customer service and commercial managers/VPs by diagnosing opportunities and presenting proposals to clients.
  • •Generate management reports for the area and for personal responsibilities.
  • •Act as a technical knowledge facilitator for internal teams and clients, providing technical opinions across company areas when needed.
  • •Lead internal area processes, including committees, technological, and administrative procedures, and meet minimum performance indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 5 years of experience as a Senior Broker in insurance/reinsurance, specifically in Property & Marine lines (All Risk Construction and Erection, All Risk Property Damage, Oil & Gas, Power, Transport, Port Liability).
  • •Advanced and essential technical knowledge across Property & Marine products such as All Risk Construction and Erection, Power, Oil & Gas, and/or All Risk Property Damage.
  • •Professional Civil Engineer and/or Engineer in other specialties (or related fields).
  • •Team leadership experience (led a team for 3 years) organizing daily tasks and supporting team members to meet goals on time.
  • •Upper-intermediate English (B1 level); specialization in insurance is desirable.
