Advance Citizens’ Customer Identity & Authentication (CIAM) strategy by delivering Level 3 engineering and operational support for IAM/CIAM platforms. Help run modern authentication capabilities including SSO, MFA, passwordless, identity federation, and adaptive authentication. Partner across digital identity, security, product, architecture, and technology teams to improve security controls, reliability, and enterprise-scale identity services using cloud/hybrid platforms and zero trust access.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 3 engineering and operational support for IAM and CIAM platforms.
•Support modern authentication capabilities including SSO, MFA, passwordless, identity federation, and adaptive authentication.
•Partner with product, engineering, architecture, and security teams to implement identity solutions that improve security and customer experience.
•Support cloud and hybrid identity platforms including Microsoft Entra ID, AWS Directory Services, Active Directory, and LDAP.
•Monitor platform health and perform deployments, upgrades, remediation, vulnerability management, and complex troubleshooting across identity ecosystems.

•Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AWS Directory Services, Active Directory, or LDAP identity infrastructure.
•Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles and modern identity security architectures.
