Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Provide 1:1, play-based ABA support to neurodivergent children in their homes and community settings. Follow individualized treatment plans created by the BCBA team, collect behavioral data, and communicate progress with families and supervisors. This part-time role (about 10 hours/week, afternoons/evenings) also includes paid training time and BCBA supervision toward RBT certification, with mileage reimbursement for in-person work in Hastings, Michigan.
