Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate ancillary programs and upselling through the assigned position under the Ancillary Sales Coordinator and venue management.
  • •Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions, issues, and complaints to meet guest expectations.
  • •Staff the general store to sell upgrades and miscellaneous items, and manage lost and found.
  • •Maintain inventory control and accountability with support from the ancillary team.
  • •Support operational tasks including bag check, employee check-in and uniform distribution, Staff Gate oversight, and ticket scanning as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 18 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Provide a friendly customer-service attitude and help create a great environment.
  • •Have 1+ year of work experience in a customer service role, preferably in live entertainment.
  • •Have 1+ year of work experience in a sales or retail role.
  • •Be able to maintain composure and organization in a hectic environment, including constant physical activity and lifting up to 30 lbs.
