Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Lead HVAC design activities including load calculations, ventilation and piping design for mechanical systems, coordinating with other disciplines.
•Supervise and monitor construction in the field to ensure design intent is met, and manage technical issues with contractors and clients.
•Develop and review tender documentation, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost control related to mechanical systems.
•Utilize BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360) for modeling, clash detection and documentation; perform thermodynamic and pipe network analyses as required.
•Maintain strong client relationships, provide technical guidance, and ensure projects are delivered within time and cost constraints.

Key Requirements

•Must have a B Eng / BSc / B Tech degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering with relevant experience.
•Must have minimum 3 years post-graduation working experience.
•Must have experience related to Mechanical engineering, specifically HVAC, designs and construction monitoring on Data Centres, Healthcare Facilities, Clean Rooms or Advanced Manufacturing.
•Must have a good understanding and working knowledge of Revit and BIM360.
•Willing and able to travel.
