Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect detail shop work, identify quality issues, and communicate expectations positively with team members.
  • •Train detailers on standard operating procedures and ensure proper techniques and procedures are followed.
  • •Assist on the detail line and perform final detail tasks as needed.
  • •Maintain a clean and safe work environment; report all incidents to management immediately.
  • •Log vehicle information into the computer, photograph and stage vehicles per standards, and return vehicles in clean condition.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Ability to use cleaning tools such as vacuums, pressure washer, drill, cleaning chemicals, and jump boxes.
  • •1–2 years of auto detailing experience preferred; auction knowledge preferred.
  • •Proficient computer skills for logging inspections and running inventory reports.
  • •Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
