Project Manager (QA)

Oversee construction projects end to end by developing scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans, then coordinating teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor expenses, track progress, and manage delays to keep delivery on schedule and within budget. Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications, codes, and regulations, while identifying risks, enforcing safety (HSE/IMS), and managing client and contract communications.
