Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide business-facing legal counsel to procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations, and real estate teams across North America.
  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on procurement agreements, master services agreements, transportation/3PL agreements, warehousing arrangements, and related real estate/vendor documents.
  • •Support vendor disputes, operational escalations, service failures, and other pre-litigation issues in the supply chain/procurement context.
  • •Lead litigation strategy, manage disputes, and handle intellectual property matters with external counsel when needed.
  • •Develop supply-chain/procurement templates and playbooks, streamline contracting intake and triage, and escalate significant risks to the General Counsel as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction or Canada jurisdiction.
  • •Bachelor's Degree and qualification from an accredited law school.
  • •At least 8+ years post qualification experience in-house and/or law firm experience handling procurement, logistics, commercial operations, real estate, and/or supply-chain transactions.
  • •Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting abilities in operationally complex environments.
  • •Experience supporting fast-paced operating environments, preferably in industrial, distribution, logistics, fleet, transportation, or equipment-based business.
