Job Summary

Deliver timely, efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned funds. Provide a high-quality client experience by engaging customers, educating them on digital self-service options (ATMs, online and mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-train to support sales and service needs, participate in retail community leadership routines, and follow controls, risk management, and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete client transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies assigned.
•Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and accurate handling of complex and standardized transactions.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
•Support the sales process via outbound calls, identifying client needs or opportunities, and referring to appropriate branch specialists.
•Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, adhering to internal controls and risk management policies.
