Job Summary

Create and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the F135 program by interpreting contract requirements, leading IMS baselines in reviews, and ensuring baseline integrity with DCMA and internal quality checks. Support technical scope owners with scheduling baseline changes, conduct critical path and root-cause assessments to address execution variances, and develop schedule risk assessments for the Integrated Program Management Team. Coordinate with Earned Value Analysts to align SAP and IMS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Interpret contract requirements and create an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with key attributes, leading IMS baselines and serving as the program IMS lead in program reviews and meetings.
•Provide consulting support to technical scope owners by analyzing program plans and integrating schedule baseline changes.
•Analyze critical path assessments, facilitate root cause assessments for execution variances, and lead development and delivery of Schedule Risk Assessments and Critical Path Analysis.
•Collaborate with Earned Value Analysts, CAMs, and CIPTs to align SAP and IMS reporting systems and assess variances and mitigation plans.
•Create and update scheduling procedures and standard work, and communicate scheduling process improvements to the PP&S organization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of prior relevant experience.
•Candidates with an associate’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or 9+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a 4-year degree may be considered.
•Experience as a program scheduler or planner, including time in program/project management and support of government proposals.
•Experience in Earned Value Management and proficiency in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
•U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.
