Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret contract requirements and create an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with key attributes, leading IMS baselines and serving as the program IMS lead in program reviews and meetings.
  • •Provide consulting support to technical scope owners by analyzing program plans and integrating schedule baseline changes.
  • •Analyze critical path assessments, facilitate root cause assessments for execution variances, and lead development and delivery of Schedule Risk Assessments and Critical Path Analysis.
  • •Collaborate with Earned Value Analysts, CAMs, and CIPTs to align SAP and IMS reporting systems and assess variances and mitigation plans.
  • •Create and update scheduling procedures and standard work, and communicate scheduling process improvements to the PP&S organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Candidates with an associate’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or 9+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a 4-year degree may be considered.
  • •Experience as a program scheduler or planner, including time in program/project management and support of government proposals.
  • •Experience in Earned Value Management and proficiency in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
  • •U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.
