Design, test, and validate complete solutions for mission-critical MANET/MIMO communications, collaborating with customers and the Sales Engineering team. Participate in an off-hour on-call rotation, create customer-facing technical documentation, and support RMA/loaner processes. This hybrid role is based in West Los Angeles with up to 25% travel.

•Participate in off-hour on-call support to address critical customer escalations.
•Prepare demonstrations and technical materials, create and maintain customer-facing documentation, and assist RMA/loaner teams with guidance and equipment recommendations.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer and internal collaboration.
•Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to U.S. federal contracts; employment is contingent on background check and drug test.
