Key Responsibilities

•Lead individual contributors performing engineering and technical activities for advanced mission systems capability development, including requirements decomposition, software development, and integration & test.
•Drive program execution by developing, tracking, and communicating technical and business performance metrics and organizing EVM reporting and analysis.
•Interface daily with customers and Boeing program office teams to support mission systems objectives.
•Establish proactive technical oversight, risk management, mission assurance, and ensure compliance with established requirements and plans.
•Provide mentorship and development, manage supplier execution, and plan and coordinate resource allocation to meet program goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical) or Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
•5 years of related work experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
•At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
•Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (final Secret clearance post-start is required).
•Meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a “U.S. Person.”
