Lead as the Hardscape expert in the branch, partnering with the Branch Manager on sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management to drive departmental performance. Emphasize daily safety and help build a strong safety culture through organization, training, and policy execution. Develop agronomic staff on Hardscape products and customer needs, and collaborate with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Branch Manager with sales and operations planning, statistical demand forecasting, and integration of supply and demand plans.
•Promote an incident-free environment by emphasizing safety daily and leading by example.
•Encourage a strong safety culture through workplace organization, training, and executing policies.
•Execute inventory management principles, manage target customer mix and sales, and support achievement of departmental sales goals.
•Train and develop agronomic staff on the Hardscape product line and customer needs; partner with leadership to adopt new technologies and ways of working.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in the green industry with an understanding of hardscape products (preferred).

•Understand accounting fundamentals including debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budgets.
•Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
