Machine Operator

Operate and monitor production machinery on the factory floor to keep production running while meeting food safety and quality requirements. Conduct hourly quality checks (including lot and sell-by code verification), follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Support processing specifications and electronic inventory tracking systems such as SAP, order and receive materials, and perform sanitation, preventative maintenance, and basic corrective maintenance with required documentation.
