Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain all storerooms by stocking operational materials and supplies.
  • •Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
  • •Issue stock from storerooms promptly to departments based on received requisitions and capture activity in the computerized system.
  • •Manage inventory and supplies within established minimum and maximum levels; keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals.
  • •Create purchase orders for stock replenishment items, manage stock rotation, and coordinate disposal of surpluses; oversee freight/equipment movement and minor repairs.
