Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle and set eggs in incubators according to established procedures.
  • •Monitor incubation conditions (temperature, humidity, ventilation) to ensure optimal hatching.
  • •Assist with chick hatching and transfer, ensuring proper care and handling.
  • •Perform quality checks on eggs and chicks to maintain health and biosecurity standards.
  • •Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas and record hatch/egg-count data for reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • •Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
  • •Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Good communication skills and the ability to comprehend and apply simple instructions.
  • •Physical ability to work in high-temperature environments and handle repetitive lifting/pushing (100 lbs+) and push/pull 450 lb buggies.
