Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer daily benefit processes including enrollments, terminations, life event changes, eligibility updates, payroll deduction changes, and resolving discrepancies.
  • •Maintain accurate benefit data across enrollment, payroll, HRIS, 401(k), and vendor systems, ensuring timely updates and transmissions.
  • •Prepare reports on plan data, employee participation, eligibility, deductions, and other benefit metrics as requested.
  • •Review premium calculations, accruals, payroll deductions, and vendor billing; reconcile monthly premium reports to vendor invoices and coordinate invoice payments.
  • •Manage day-to-day FMLA and leave processes, support benefit plan audits, and assist with new hire enrollments and annual open enrollment communications and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of related experience in employee benefits administration (employee benefits, preferred).
  • •Experience administering health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and leave programs, including vendor invoice reconciliation.
  • •Experience with benefits administration systems, HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and 401(k) systems.
  • •Knowledge of applicable benefit and leave regulations, including FMLA, state leave laws, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and ERISA.
  • •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage confidential information and meet deadlines.
