•Acquire and incubate collectibles brands, distributors, and merchants to support category growth.
•Discover and develop collaborative models aligned with merchants’ short- and long-term plans and invest platform resources effectively.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve key business challenges and unlock growth.
•Use data to understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities, and prioritize solutions.
•Build and manage the daily category operations for TikTok Shop Collectibles (Trading Cards, Sports Memorabilia).

Key Requirements

•Experience in account management focused on category growth, or experience in merchant acquisition and incubation.
•Strong knowledge of the merchant landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Strong attention to detail with an affinity for data, logic, and problem solving.
•A good team player who is a quick learner and open to change (UK market experience preferred).
